There are three businesses in the Multifocus brand:

Multifocus Properties: real estate property investments.

Multifocus Finance: Home loan, investment loans, finance and refinancing.

Multifocus Investments: All aspects of property investment, including real estate, mortgage broking and financial planning.

The team at Multifocus is led by Philippe Brach, founder and CEO. Philippe has more than 25 years experience in the international corporate world specialising in finance, accounting and investment.

During the course of his professional career, Philippe travelled extensively and resided in various parts of the world including Strasbourg,  Paris, London, Bangkok, Tokyo and now Sydney, which he has made his permanent home. 
 
Over time, Philippe has developed a keen interest in property as an investor, and became so passionate about it that he eventually created his own business advising people about investment properties and how to develop an investment strategy. This is run under Multifocus Properties.

He is acutely aware that investors need to structure their finances properly before they embark on an investment property portfolio building strategy. With this in  mind, Multifocus Finance became the financing arm of the group.
